B. General Instructions
- The total duration of this mock test is 2 hours (120 minutes). The timer will begin as soon as you click "Start Test".
- The test will auto-submit when the timer reaches zero.
- You may navigate freely between sections using the section tabs at the top.
- Use the question palette (numbered grid at the top of each section) to jump directly to any question.
- You may pause the timer if needed using the Pause button — however, this option will not be available in the actual examination.
- Once you click Submit Test, the test cannot be resumed. All answers will be locked and results will be displayed immediately.
- After submission, correct answers and explanations will be revealed for all MCQs. Review each section using the review buttons.
C. Part A — Objective Section (MCQs)
- There are 80 multiple choice questions, each carrying 1 mark.
- There is NO negative marking. You will not lose marks for wrong answers. Attempt all 80 questions.
- Each question has four options (A, B, C, D). Select the best answer by clicking on it.
- For Legal Reasoning questions, a principle is given followed by facts. Apply only the given principle to the given facts — do not apply your own legal knowledge or external judgements.
- You may change your answer at any time before submission by clicking a different option.
D. Part B — Subjective Section
- There are 6 subjective questions. You must attempt any 4. Only the first 4 attempted will be counted if you attempt more.
- Each question carries 10 marks (Total: 40 marks).
- To attempt a question, check the box "I am attempting this question" — a text area will appear for your answer.
- Answers will be evaluated based on: understanding of the question, clarity of expression, logical reasoning, and overall structure.
- Aim for approximately 200–300 words per answer. Include an introduction, analysis/arguments, and a conclusion. Cite cases and provisions wherever applicable.
- In case of a tie, preference is given to higher Subjective marks, then Objective marks, then Higher Secondary/Graduation marks.
