  3. Each question has four options (A, B, C, D). Select the best answer by clicking on it.
  4. For Legal Reasoning questions, a principle is given followed by facts. Apply only the given principle to the given facts — do not apply your own legal knowledge or external judgements.
  5. You may change your answer at any time before submission by clicking a different option.

D. Part B — Subjective Section

  1. There are 6 subjective questions. You must attempt any 4. Only the first 4 attempted will be counted if you attempt more.

  4. Answers will be evaluated based on: understanding of the question, clarity of expression, logical reasoning, and overall structure.
  5. Aim for approximately 200–300 words per answer. Include an introduction, analysis/arguments, and a conclusion. Cite cases and provisions wherever applicable.
  6. In case of a tie, preference is given to higher Subjective marks, then Objective marks, then Higher Secondary/Graduation marks.
