I have AIR 9102 with the General Category. And I have a Jharkhand domicile.

So, is there a chance I will take into NUSRL in the vacancy round?

Hey, Yes you should apply with this rank in the general category Jharkhand domicile. There is low probability but it's worth trying. In B.B.A. LL.B course usually the cut-off goes much lower in General category without domicile. So, it depends if you're applying under B.A. LL.B. OR, B.B.A. LL.B course.  

I know the cutoffs of General category without domicile of last year, they were around:

NUSRL RANCHI - BA LLB- AIR 5.6K, BBA LLB - 5.7, 7.7K ---  LAST ROUND WENT TILL AUG.

Also,  You should apply under both courses, For BA LLB IF UNDER 9180 AND FOR BBA LLB UNDER 9626 with a DOMICILE.

With a Jharkhand domicile You can hope to get a chance. But, the probability of getting selected for it might be on the lower side.
